Usage Tips

DO NOT RUN THE PUMP DRY.
DO NOT ALLOW THE PUMP TO RUN AFTER THE TANKS ARE EMPTY.
DO NOT RUN THE PUMP WITH THE VALVES CLOSED.
DO NOT WASH TOWELS THAT HAVE STRINGS HANGING FROM THEM IN YOUR WASHING MACHINE. THE STRINGS MAY GET IN THE PUMP IMPELLER.
DO NOT FORGET TO WINTERIZE YOUR RV SANI-CON. POUR ANTI-FREEZE IN YOUR TANKS THEN RUN PUMP UNTIL PINK APPEARS.
DO NOT RUN FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. OFF FOR 15 MINUTES.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

1. The motor will not run. Make sure the batteries are charged. Make sure electricity is getting to the pump.

2. The shaft will not turn, but the power is to the pump. Insert a straight blade screwdriver into the small hole beside the switch. This is the end of the pump shaft. Rotate the screwdriver clockwise turn. Now try running the pump.

3. Small leaks occur around hose connections. Tighten the clamps. Materials lose some memory after being clamped for some time.

4. The toggle switch feels limp when activated. The switch will need to be replaced.
